Julie enjoys working with patients suffering from anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, grief, trauma, eating disorders, and those going through life transitions. Julie utilizes a strong cognitive behavioral approach while honoring the mind body connection.  She attempts to get to the root of the cause, identifying negative thoughts and helping patients replace them with healthier ones.  She also employs a client centered approach incorporating the patients personal values while increasing their confidence, their ability to be present, and ultimately finding their authentic selves.

Julie and her husband John love to spend time with their adult children Caroline and Andrew when they are home from school and work.  During free time she enjoys participating in their church community, being with friends, walking their dog Lola, exercising, reading and traveling as often as they can.
